Privacy
The short version: we collect what you type into a quote request, we use it to price your job and get back to you, and that is all. No cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels, and nothing is sold or shared with anyone who wants to market to you.
What we collect
A quote request. The form asks for your name, and a phone number or an email address so a price can reach you. It also takes, if you fill them in, your company, the project name, a delivery ZIP, the date you need it, the items and quantities you added, and whatever you write in the notes. Nothing on that form is required except your name and one way to reach you.
Your browser's user agent is sent with the request. It tells us whether a submission came from a phone or a desktop, which is how we tell a real request from an automated one.
Nothing else. This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no tag manager, no advertising or conversion pixel, no session recorder, no chat widget, and no social embeds. There is no account to create and no newsletter to be added to.
What is stored in your own browser
Three small values live in your browser and are never sent anywhere:
- Your quote list — the items you have added, so they survive moving between pages and are still there if you come back tomorrow. Sending the request clears it.
- A flag that the opening animation has played, so it does not run again on every page of the same visit.
- A flag for a one-time animation in the header, so it happens at most once per browser.
Clearing your browser's site data removes all three. None of them identifies you, and none of them is readable by us or by anyone else.
Where a quote request goes
When you send a quote request it is stored in our database, hosted by Supabase on servers in the United States, and an email of the same request is sent to orders@supplyitup.com so a person sees it. Those two — the database host and the mail provider — are the only outside services that ever touch it, and they hold it for us rather than for themselves.
We keep quote requests as business records: while we are working your job, and afterwards for as long as we would need them for a re-order, a warranty question or our own books. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
The one third party on this page
Type on this site is set in Barlow, which is served by Google Fonts. That means Google's font servers receive your IP address and the page you are on when the font loads. Nothing else about you is sent, and we receive nothing back from them — but it is a third party, so it is named here rather than left out. Blocking it changes nothing except the typeface.
There is no other outside code on any page. Links to LinkedIn or to a map open in a new tab and take you to those companies' own terms once you click.
What you can ask for
Write to orders@supplyitup.com or call 737-285-5349 and ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Texas residents have those rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and we will honour the same request from anyone who asks, wherever they are. We do not need an account or a form for it — a phone call is enough.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. There is no advertising on this site to share it with.
Keeping it safe
The site is served over HTTPS. Quote requests travel encrypted and are stored in a database that is not open to the public web. Access is limited to the people at Supply It Up LLC who price and fill orders.
No one can promise a system is unbreakable, and we are not going to. If a breach ever affected your information we would tell you, rather than wait to be asked.
Children
This is a trade supplier. The site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Using this site
The photography, product renders, drawings and text here belong to Supply It Up LLC. They are published so you can specify and buy from us, not for republication, resale, or to be scraped into someone else's catalog. Ask us if you want to use something — for a submittal or a bid package the answer is usually yes.
Prices are quoted, never published. Anything on this site is a description of what we supply, not an offer at a price.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. There is no archive of old versions and no notification list; the current page is the whole policy.
Call 737-285-5349 or email orders@supplyitup.com. A person answers.
