We print the signs we sell
The sign shop is ours. MUTCD faces are printed here and mounted on .080 aluminum, and when the legend you need is not in the code book we print that too. It is why a size that is not on the stock list is a question rather than a no.
MUTCD faces, by code
Regulatory and warning signs printed to the MUTCD code rather than to a description, so a submittal matches line for line. The codes on the shelf are in the table below; the ones that are not are a print.
See the signsCustom work
Your legend, your size, your layout. Site rules, private-property wording, event routing, a contractor’s name and number — if you can write it down we can print it, on the same .080 aluminum as everything else.
Send us the wordingAnd what holds it up
A face is half a sign. We weld the Telespar special-event stands, and the u-bolts, clamps and brackets between sign and post come off the same order — so nothing arrives that cannot be stood up that morning.

This table is the catalog read a second way — it is built from the same records as the product pages, so it cannot say something they do not. Everything on it is .080 aluminum.
Five things, and there is nothing left to ask you
1 · The legend, spelled as it should read
Exactly as it goes on the sign — punctuation, capitals and line breaks included. A legend retyped from a phone call is the one thing on a sign that cannot be fixed on site, so send it written down and we will print what you sent.
2 · The size — or the approach
Give us the size if the spec names one. If it does not, tell us the speed and how far out a driver has to read it, and we will come back with a size rather than guess at one.
3 · The sheeting
The stock signs are engineer grade. High Intensity Prismatic — Avery, the sheeting on our 8FT barricades — is the one to ask for when the spec calls for it, or when the sign has to be read at night from a distance.
4 · How many
Quantity is what it gets priced against, so send the real number rather than a round one. Two is a quote and two hundred is a different quote.
5 · How it mounts
Post, stand, wall, or hardware you already own. That is what decides the holes, and holes are decided before anything is cut.
Where to go next
Send the legend, we will print it
One sign or a job’s worth. Tell us what it has to say and how it mounts, and it is priced against your quantity like everything else in the store.
